Ingredients:
1 cup full-fat plain & unsweetened Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons Keto confectioners’ sugar
3 scoops of keto-friendly vanilla protein powder
12 strawberries
Red natural food coloring
Blue natural food coloring
Red natural sprinkles

Instructions:

Mix Greek yogurt, confectioners’ sugar and keto-friendly vanilla protein powder together until very well-combined.

Divide Greek yogurt mixture between 3 bowls.

Add 6 drops of red food coloring to one bowl and mix very well until the yogurt is pink.

Add 6 drops of red food coloring and 6 drops of blue food coloring to another bowl and mix very well until the yogurt is purple.

Leave the third bowl alone so that it remains white.

Carefully dip strawberries in the yogurt until each is covered. Place on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.

Decorate strawberries with sprinkles.

Transfer to the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt is frozen.

Serve between 4, storing any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
