Ingredients:
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
Zest from 1 ½ fresh lemons
2/3 cup plain & unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 tablespoons plain cream cheese
2 packets of Real Ketones Lemon Twist Lean for Life
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Garnish:
¼ cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

Mix everything except chia and poppy seeds in a high-speed blender, stand-mixer or food processor until very well-combined.

Gently fold in chia and poppy seeds.

Serve between 2, garnishing with fresh blueberries, storing any leftovers in sealed jar for up to one week.
