Keto Chocolate Cream Pie

Serves 8

Ingredients:
Crust:
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 Real Ketones Chocolate Weight Loss Powder Stick
Whipped Cream:
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1 Real Ketones Chocolate Weight Loss Powder Stick
¼ teaspoon vanilla bean powder OR pure vanilla extract
Chocolate Filling:
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
8 ounces plain cream cheese
1 Real Ketones Chocolate Weight Loss Powder Stick
3 tablespoons butter
Garnish:
1 tablespoon keto-friendly dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease a 9” pie dish.

Pulse pecans in a food processor until crumbly. Add in melted butter and Real Ketones Chocolate Weight Loss Powder Stick and pulse until well-combined.

Press into your pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

While your crust is baking, prepare your whipped cream by blending heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Add in Real Ketones Chocolate Weight Loss Powder Stick and vanilla and continue to blend until well-combined. Set aside.

In another bowl, mix your chocolate filling ingredients until very creamy. You can do this by hand or in a food processor. When creamy, fold in half of the whipped cream.

When your pie crust is cool, spread with your chocolate filling mixture evenly followed by the remaining half of the whipped cream.

Garnish with chopped chocolate and allow to chill for at least one hour.

Serve between 8, storing any leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 week.
