Buffalo Chicken Wings

Who would believe these chicken wings were baked right in the oven? A simple baking powder mixture gives these wings just the right crisp to their skin and a buttery hot sauce makes them mouth-watering! Get your friends together and make these today!

Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
1 pound of chicken wings
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
Sauce:
4 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup hot sauce

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, Fahrenheit.

Pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel and set aside.

Mix baking powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder and sea salt in a large mixing bowl. Toss the wings in the baking powder mix until coated.

Arrange wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until browned.

While the chicken is baking, prepare your mix your melted butter and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Remove from the oven and use a pair of tongs to transfer the wings to the butter and hot sauce mixture, coating them fully.

Serve immediately with ranch dressing and celery sticks, storing any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
