Classic Chocolate Cupcakes 😍
What you'll need:
2 servings Keto Meal Chocolate
3 tbs of Almond Flour
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar substitute
1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
How to make it:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and mentally prepare yourself for the deliciousness that you are about to prepare! No joke, these are that good.
The taste isn't the only great thing about them- they're also low maintenance to assemble! Once measured, combine all of your dry ingredients into your bowl. Pop in your eggs, sans shells, then add your measured liquids. Mix until well incorporated and that's all for prep!
Fill your cupcake pan with cupcake liners and evenly disperse the chocolate batter, yum! Bake these babies for 20-23 minutes or until firm. Once done, let them sit for 30 minutes to cool and set.**
I'd say you could serve these to your friends/family at a bbq, birthday, holiday, or what have you (and of course, you definitely could), but ours don't usually go further than the kitchen counter. You've been warned.
